In Memorium
We recently learned of the passing of one of our former band members, Michelle Claassen, who played with us from 2006 to 2009.
A tremendously talented trumpet player, she was a music educator who taught band and strings and had recently started leading an alumni band at Fresno High School in Fresno, CA.
Even more than her musicianship, we will remember her kind and patient disposition, her sense of humor, her generosity, and her smile.
